Anduril's Strategy Division is responsible for planning and executing the executive vision for Anduril's product and revenue roadmap, ensuring that Anduril's growth is coordinated and on track for Year over Year strategic growth targets. WHAT YOU'LL DO Identify Anduril new product opportunities based on your deep understanding of joint operations, adversary threats, friendly force gaps, future technological and geopolitical trends, and mission needs. Build and execute a cohesive, data-driven strategy to shape, capture, and close strategic growth opportunities in new or existing markets that allow Anduril to penetrate, expand, and deliver Anduril’s best-in-class warfighting capabilities to the joint force. Supervise and guide mission engineering and operations analysis studies to drive Anduril resource investment and product strategy. Architect and support the execution of Operational Analysis to derive Key System Attributes and build the business case for an Anduril unique design and system architecture. Proactively identify customer gaps and requirements left of need, and shape Anduril unique solutions to address them. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with critical service, joint, and interagency stakeholders to identify their operational requirements in all theaters and warfighting domains. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with critical service and joint program office stakeholders to identify new business opportunities, proactively communicate and resolve program issues, and provide strategic direction to Anduril’s Divisions across growth, delivery, engineering, and manufacturing. Serve as a senior growth leader for programs critical to future Anduril’s long term success, and lead large capture campaigns against Program Executive Offices (PEO) within the joint community and across defense senior leadership. Support Anduril Divisions, Government Relations, and Communications in the rapid shaping, capture, design, and prototyping for new high-TRL, commercial Anduril products in which a new DoD program needs to be grown from scratch. Collaborate closely with C-suite executives and Division growth and engineering leads to develop and execute coordinated approaches to new business opportunities in which defense customers require products from across Anduril. Foster a culture of trust, open communications, customer focus, innovation, and continuous improvement. QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate will be a proven strategic growth leader who has demonstrated joint multi-domain operational, intelligence and policy experience in DoD and interagency strategic planning and operations. Deep experience in wargaming, operations analysis, intelligence analysis, and requirements generation for new defense products and concepts. Extensive experience and expertise in characterizing the threat environment in which Anduril products will be expected to operate. Demonstrated knowledge in defense acquisitions, with a history of zero-to-one defense program growth a plus. Intimate understanding of government contracting, fielding, and requirements generation for the purposes of transitioning prototype capabilities to production. Experience in the technical, programmatic, and operational challenges of developing and deploying autonomous weapon systems. High bandwidth to focus on opportunities that span the spectrum of Anduril hardware and software products, and the spectrum of defense program offices. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial, and creative environment. A leader who can build, adapt, and implement new and innovative approaches to market. Demonstrated high-energy leader who will drive performance and exhibit strong management skills with a high level of emotional intelligence. Excellent writing, communication skills with experience briefing senior executives and customers. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Must possess and be able to maintain a U.S. TS/SCI Security clearance and Polygraph. Must be willing to travel up to 35%. Minimum of 5 years of relevant Program Management, operational, policy, analysis, acquisitions or business development / capture experience in the government and/or private sector. US Salary Range:
$168,000—$252,000 USD. The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full-time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
