If you're fired up about being part of a dynamic, driven team, then this is your moment to join us on this exciting journey!Key job responsibilities:Own Product vision/roadmap/intake/prioritization, working closely with Science/Engineering teams and external partners. Includes annual planning, PRFAQs, roadmap (including backlog), prioritization framework, cost/benefit analyses for product areas, regular alignment and communication of vision/roadmap.Own use case definition: PMTs need to identify customers for Rufus capabilities both internally and in collaboration with external partners, proactively share out capabilities to external partners, own user requirements for feature development.Consults and influences scoping: PMT will probe and understand why tasks are scoped a certain way and iterate with ASMs/SDMs to define and scope an appropriate MLP based on a balance of customer delight and tech effort. This PMT is also expected to surface any customer-facing impacts both long-term (how scalable is design) and short-term to influence tech solution alternatives and trade-offs.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree10+ years of technical product or program management experienceExperience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a productExperience in technical product managementExperience with building applications on top of LLM and GenAI are preferred.Additional Qualifications:Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancementsExperience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvementAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
