Handle a variety of civil litigation cases including professional liability, employment defense, product liability, toxic torts, environmental disputes, A&E, and construction litigation.Conduct thorough legal research and draft precise and persuasive legal documents.Provide direct client interaction, manage case responsibilities, and communicate effectively with clients and team members.Participate actively in a national practice, assuming responsibility for matters and contributing to case strategies.Collaborate with a large team on sophisticated legal issues, maintaining a client-focused approach and high standards of legal service.Requirements
Minimum of 1+ years of litigation experience, with exposure to relevant areas such as professional liability, employment defense, or construction litigation.Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage case responsibilities.Proven interpersonal and communication skills suitable for a collaborative team environment.Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications
Licensed to practice law in California and good standing with the California State Bar.Skills
Excellent research and analytical abilities.High attention to detail and commitment to quality legal work.Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple cases.Proficiency in client management and teamwork.Job Location
