We're seeking a Technical Director of Platform Security to architect and implement critical features within our products, ensuring the security of our advanced technologies including artificial intelligence systems, command and control platforms, aerospace vehicles, and long-range sensors. You will lead the technical security strategy and implementation across integrated software and robotics platforms, ensuring mission assurance through hands-on security architecture and engineering leadership.Responsibilities:Own the development and maturation of security features for Anduril’s products.Collaborate with engineering teams to meet and exceed industry-standard security goals.Build partnerships with Anduril’s Platform Engineering teams to develop and execute a well-aligned roadmap.Engage with teams to remediate weaknesses in designs, implementations, integrations, and processes.Own pre-market and post-market processes that engineering teams leverage throughout the product development lifecycle.Design and develop embedded system security software.Requirements:Strategic vision and technical depth in security architecture and implementation.Proficient in one or more programming languages (e.g., C/C++, Golang, Rust, Python).Experience assessing security of firmware, applications, network, IoT, or embedded systems.Experience developing features for and improving security of firmware, applications, network, or embedded systems.Experience building, testing, and delivering production-ready systems, especially for embedded and/or Linux systems.Familiarity with anti-tamper and reverse engineering mechanisms.Experience in Platform security engineering and secure SDLC implementation.Strong communication skills (written and verbal).Commitment to practical, mission-enabling security solutions.Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a US TS clearance.U.S. Person status is required to access export-controlled data.Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with security architectures of embedded, aerospace, or cyber-physical systems.Experience with programmable logic devices and their development tools.Knowledge of cyber threat actors, their TTPs, and implications for weapon and space system operations.Experience conducting incident response in cloud systems and embedded systems.Benefits:Platinum Healthcare Benefits: 100% coverage for you and 90% for dependents.16 Weeks paid parental leave for all caregivers.Comprehensive family planning support.Unlimited Provisions: Healthy meals and snacks provided at every office.Relocation assistance.Unlimited and incentivized time off.Anduril Industries is an equal-opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
