Unit opening for overflow pts. 12 bed unit. Staffing 1:4-5 (depending on acuity).A medical surgical telemetry nurse, or telemetry nurse,monitors patients' vital signs and physiological parameters using telemetry equipment.They work in hospitals and other clinical facilities to care for patients with a range of conditions, including heart failure, diabetes, and gastrointestinal diseases.
