Job Description
We are looking to add a
Director of Pharmaceutical Sales
to join our growing Commercial Team and join us on our goal of enabling care at home for everyone. This is a critical role that will drive awareness and adoption of Current Health into the pharmaceutical industry.
What you’ll do
Build and manage a customer sales funnel of Customers through creative demand generation efforts targeting to Clinical Leadership and Digital InnovationAdopt and own the Current Health Selling process, including CRM management, to drive all opportunities through the funnel stages from new lead to closeLead customer demos and presentations both in-person and virtuallyDrive over-plan revenue and customer acquisition performance by identifying customer needs, building business plans, and leading negotiation efforts with identified accountsAccurately forecast revenues within the quarter and yearBuild strategic partnerships with prospective and current customers and act as a voice of the customer internally within various departments of Current HealthRepresent the company at industry events, webinars, and trade showsBecome an expert on the marketplace, Current Health solutions, and competitive landscapePartner with product development on solution-market fit and user feedback, and across other business disciplinesWork directly with Key Opinion Leaders in the space to build awareness and evidence
Basic qualifications
5+ years’ experience selling digital, clinical technology solutions to pharmaceutical companiesPrior experience directly in a CRO, pharma focused technology company or a pharmaceutical companyMust be able to travel up to 50%
Preferred qualifications
MSA and contracting expertisePrevious experience selling disruptive technologies to multiple stakeholders within a client organizationExtensive relationships in pharmaceutical industry with a preferred focus in oncologyStrong written, verbal, and story-telling skillsAdvanced degree or equivalent
