Someone working with Technology managersUnderstand of database schemas, descriptions, etc.JIRA - Must update JIRA TicketsExcel - Pivot tables, Excel, etc. - Manipulate. (Vlookups, work in excel book, maintaining the document)Soft Skills - Some ABO's that can be quiet - so need to be comfortable facilitating and getting results - figure out the best framework/communication style.
