The Sr. Analyst I - Corporate Account Contract and Pricing role is an integral part of the Commercial Operations team and is responsible for supporting our Sales Team for all types of transactions related but not limited to: Advanced Staining, Core Histology, and Pathology Imaging at Leica Biosystems. In this role, the Sr. Analyst I - Corporate Account Contract and Pricing will be expected to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, customer service, service, IT, sales, marketing) and balance internal/external business operation demands. This individual will be responsible for contract redlining and negotiations of terms and conditions; overseeing general pricing administration, resolve discrepancies, and manage the price increase process; developing pricing models and conduct analysis to ensure contract performance; ensuring complete, accurate, timely, and compliant price administration and membership management; understanding and apply the mechanics and financial modeling for Healthcare GPO/IDN contracts, and perform sales reporting and analytics.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Lead the GPO/IDN/Corporate Account RFx process, including gathering sales history, collaborating with internal stakeholders to compile essential RFx information, and assisting with pricing strategy.Possess advanced skills in contract redlining and negotiating terms and conditions.Handle price loading, price maintenance, and membership maintenance for GPOs, IDNs, and Distributors. Prepare pricing and ensure contracts are complete and accurate. Conduct complex sales analytics.Coach and mentor less experienced associates; perform ad hoc analysisOther projects and duties as assignedThe essential requirements of the job include:

BA or BS Degree with 3+ years of related experience OR equivalent work experience a minimum 5 years.High degree of skill in conducting complex GPO/IDN/ Corporate Account sales analytics.Moderate degree of skill in understanding and modifying terms and conditions to align with organization policies, financial modelling techniques and how to integrate them into contracts.High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Adobe AcrobatIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
