DSA is looking for Cyber Defensive Operations Security Engineer with an active TS/SCI to support our customer at the NGIC in Charlottesville, VA. This is onsite and requires onsite presence.
Requirements include:
BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fieldExperience may be substituted for degree.TS/SCI ClearanceDOD 8140 (8570) IAM or IAT Level II CertificationEight years of IT related experience overallFive years of experience working in a cyber security roleExperience working with common security tools and DevSecOps methodologies (Nessus, Client Fortify, GuardDuty, Ncat, Prisma Cloud Compute, clair, ect)Familiarity with relevant DOD security standardsStrong working knowledge of RHEL, networks, web applications, and cloudAbility to develop and brief material in front of groups of 10+ people.Desired skills are:
CISSPFamiliarity with Agile development practicesExperience with scripting and task automation (python, PowerShell, Perl, etc.)AWS Certified Security - Specialty or other relevant cloud security certificationsExperience assessing and developing the architecture for common security tools for enterprise environments.DSA specializes in providing cutting-edge data analysis and technology solutions to our government customers.
