We are looking for a dynamic and driven
Marketing Manager
to join our team in the Labeling and Applicator industry. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies that boost brand awareness and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement marketing plans, manage budgets, and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities. Your success will be measured by your ability to increase market share, engage customers and sales teams, and deliver measurable results.
Note:
Candidates must reside in the Chicago metro area to be considered for this position.
Responsibilities
Plan, implement, and manage branding and communication projects across advertising, promotional programs, trade shows, and digital platforms.Develop and execute marketing strategies and media plans to drive brand awareness and revenue.Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.Measure, report, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.Oversee the company's online presence, including website management and e-commerce activities.Collaborate with external partners on social media, blogs, and press releases.Administer and manage HubSpot CRM and related marketing tasks.Lead the planning and execution of trade shows, including setup, internal/external communications, equipment logistics, and storage.Skills & Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.5 years of experience in marketing management.Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with Marketing & Sales teams.Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency with HubSpot CRM.Experience in tradeshow management.Knowledge of brand and strategic marketing.Exposure to global marketing.Benefits and Perks
