We are currently seeking a driven, professional individual to join our team as a property manager to keep things running efficiently and effectively in one of our Boise apartment communities.
What Winning Looks Like:Ownership mentality: Own the day-to-day operations of the property. The ideal candidate would enjoy having multiple responsibilities. These responsibilities would include but are not limited to; resident satisfaction and retention, full lifecycle of tenant activities (e.g., lease administration, rent collection and delinquency management, etc.), property financials, overseeing property maintenance items and property marketing.Integrity: The ideal candidate would lead by example working to create an environment in which team members want to do their best by leading and communicating a shared vision with the team and providing coaching towards growth.Strive for Excellence: Taking the time to learn, improve and find progress in all we do. Ensuring to meet firm deadlines with organization and professionalism.Achieve as a Team: Our team is a small cross-functional team. We cover each other when needed. The ideal candidate is willing to learn new tasks and tackle other out of the box projects as needed.Requirements
Skills Needed to Win:
High school diploma or GED2+ years of property management experienceAbility to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other team members of the organization.Ability to handle problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.A team player who is also comfortable working independently.Passionate about creating positive impacts in the community.Detail oriented with the ability to multitask quickly and oversee many moving pieces.Adaptive to change and a willingness to be a lifelong learner.What We Offer:
