Associate Director, Growth
The Associate Director of Growth will be an integral part of our team. Your role will help drive the collaboration and growth of our agencies within the Omnicom Media Group global network, working on a variety of new business and prospecting initiatives. You should have an understanding of business implications at all times, have a keen sense of urgency and exceptional organizational and communication skills. This is a fast-paced and high-profile role. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is able to move quickly but precisely - efficiency and collaboration are key. You will also be responsible for managing junior team members, developing their skills, evaluating their performance and helping manage their growth.
Responsibilities:
Support the end-to-end development and delivery of new business pitchesOversee and steer key pitches, supporting agency teams and pitch leadsDevelop a deep knowledge of Omnicom Media Group agencies and capabilities, contacts, past pitches and case studiesEnsure highest quality of pitch process by driving pitch timelines and adherence to deadlinesSupport RFI & RFP submissions, including interpreting the client request, identifying and organizing the right individuals to respond, and tailoring as neededAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyWork closely with our internal brand experience team to produce pitch related materialsManage budget on all projects, ensuring new business activities are delivered within budgetSupport with regular new business reporting, both internally for senior management and externally for third party reporting agencies (such as COMvergence, RECMA, etc.), including oversight of our global CRM platformQualifications:
5+ years of work experience, ideally in both account management and new businessSeasoned written and verbal communications skills with ability to adapt writing to voice that resonates with relevant audience (e.g., prospective client)Successfully work with senior management as well as team members of all levelsMust be able to inspire confidence and motivate all members of a team from the most junior to the most seniorManage junior team members in a way that is encouraging and motivates them to do their bestProven ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, under pressure and tight deadlinesProven creativity and ability to come up with new, innovating thinking and ideasMust be able to see and manage big picture as well as focus on the finer detailsAbility to own, manage, and drive projects and pitches end-to-endExcellent project management skills (capable of running large scale global pitches, well organized, high attention to detail)Travel as needed on a per-project basisAdvanced computer skills (PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe, Excel, Photoshop, CRM platforms)

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
Compensation Range
$90,000-$110,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
