As a member of our sales team at Dagster Labs, you'll help us grow our Dagster+ enterprise business. This is a vital role for our team and will provide you with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
As a Business Development Representative you'll be responsible for handling the lead generation and qualification process, including creating prospecting, developing high-performing email campaigns, and scheduling meetings for Account Executives.
This is a full-time position offering competitive salary, equity, and benefits. We are a distributed team with offices in San Francisco, New York, and Minneapolis. We're open to hiring fully remote candidates who are currently authorized to work within the United States. Responsibilities Grow our enterprise pipeline through email, phone calls, social media, and collaboration with our partners. Follow up with prospects identified through marketing campaigns, events, and our partners. Accurately enter, update, and maintain daily activity for prospects in Salesforce. Run ad-hoc analysis and provide actionable insights as needed. Must-have Qualifications 1-2 years of B2B sales - preferably at a data company Experience with inbound and outbound pipeline building Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Nice-to-have Qualifications A strong desire to learn about how a startup business grows and the market in which we operate Flexibility and coachability - We're always fine-tuning our sales approach as we go along, and we expect you to do the same.
