What you'll doEvaluate NGS sequencing resultsConduct pathology review including IHC for both research and clinical specimensParticipate in clinical report review and deliveryCollaborate with multi-disciplinary team focused on answering key biological questionsWork to establish and maintain CLIA/CAP compliance in a novel fieldQualifications
MD with a current medical license and board-certified in Anatomic Pathology and/or Clinical Pathology, with board certification or eligibility in Molecular Genetic PathologyClinical experience with next generation sequencing interpretationDetailed knowledge and experience in oncology, cancer immunotherapy, medical immunology and clinical research, preferredExcellent managerial, organizational, reporting and communication skillsExperience working in a regulated clinical laboratory environment (CLIA/CAP/NYSDOH/QSR)Experience ensuring compliance of a clinical laboratory to regulatory standardsPreferred Qualifications:
Experience with homegrown systemsWillingness to work non-traditional schedules
