Summary of Responsibilities:

As ATC grows, we are adding a Director Asset Maintenance to our team. The Director Asset Maintenance will be accountable for providing leadership, direction, and oversight to the vegetation management & transmission line maintenance and substation maintenance functions, along with direct oversight of the performance analytics specialist role.

Essential Responsibilities:

In this role, you'll be accountable for selecting, retaining, engaging, and developing a leadership team that to optimize performance and establish a strong succession plan for the department, division, and organization to support execution of growth strategy.

You'll use your bachelor's degree, 15 years' experience in the utility industry and at least 10 years' of people leadership to develop department strategy and oversee the safe execution of the company's maintenance work plans, ensuring effective allocation of resources for both maintenance and vegetation management work plans.
