Position: Human Resources Manager - Healthcare

Trisian-Global Consulting LLC is recruiting for a Human Resources Manager for our Healthcare client. You will play a critical role in managing and developing human resources strategies/initiatives and working closely with the leadership team to ensure that human resources practices align with company's goals and values. Overall responsibility for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that support the overall goals and objectives of the organizationOversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent in the healthcare industryProvide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and career developmentManage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employeesAdminister employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulationsDevelop and maintain HR metrics and reports to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvementStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR, and make recommendations for continuous improvementServe as a liaison between employees and management, promoting a positive and inclusive work cultureLead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing coaching and development opportunities as neededFormulates and recommends program goals and objectives in all areas of co-worker relations.Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organizations goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.Supervises and provides direction to subordinate staff engaged in developing and administering the recruitment and selection procedures and the personnel policies and procedures.Investigates problems, such as: working conditions, disciplinary actions, and employee and applicant appeals and grievances, according to circumstances, and provides guidance and recommendations for problem resolution to departmental officials and individuals.Develops and presents the operating budget for the Human Resources Dept. and, upon final budget approval, assures that all functions operate within appropriated amounts.Evaluates or reviews evaluations of performance on all co-workers; effectively recommends hiring, promotion, termination, disciplinary, and commendatory actions of all assigned personnel.Provides high level communication and training to director and manager level associates regarding human resources policies, procedures and practices.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in the healthcare industryStrong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, and EEOExperience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organizationProven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and develop a teamStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneouslySHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus
