About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our veterinary office. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office, managing administrative tasks, providing support to the veterinary team, and ensuring all clients have an excellent experience.
Minimum Qualifications:Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Ability to work within a budget plan.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the veterinary industry.Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and assisting clients.Coordinate and schedule appointments of veterinary patients, process client transactions, and ensure all clients have an excellent experience.Train staff and ensure appropriate scheduling to support the business needs.Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring that all invoices are paid on time and accurately.Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring that all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.Ensure maintenance and cleanliness of physical facility and equipment as well as maintain inventory.Monitor job compliance to job descriptions and "to-do" lists.Drive business results by implementing and monitoring key initiatives.Serve as communication liaison for team members with the Area Manager and CVP
Skills:
As the Office Manager, you will use your skills in process scheduling, office administration, spreadsheets, accounts payable, filing, administrative work, and office management on a daily basis. Additionally, knowledge of veterinary medicine will be beneficial in this role. You will be responsible for ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently, enabling the clinical team to focus on their core responsibilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in this role, as you will be working closely with the team and clients.
