**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and manage email databases and marketing campaigns using HubSpot, including audience segmentation and performance analysis.

- Create and curate engaging content for various channels such as newsletters, social media, and the company website.

- Oversee the company's social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and regular engagement with followers. This includes scheduling posts, engaging with followers, responding to inquiries or comments, and ensuring timely advertising compliance.

- Produce high-quality, engaging content for digital and social media channels, including website content, news articles, podcasts, email newsletters, and videos for the company and its divisions.

- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, display, and social media ads, while monitoring performance and adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.

- Organize promotional events and activities, creating valuable content to enhance the company's online presence.

- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in CRM management, particularly with HubSpot. (Ability to create and maintain email database lists, email marketing campaigns, events, promotions, and landing pages).

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email and social media.

- Experience with all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, Linkedin, LinkTree).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.

- Experience in analyzing campaign performance metrics and using insights to drive improvements.

- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
