THOR Solutions, LLC is actively seeking a Senior Administrative Analyst to support the AEGIS Technical Representative professional support services contract in Moorestown, NJ. The Administrative Analyst will provide high-level administrative support to Extended Senior Leadership Team (ESLT) and workforce managers.
Typical Responsibilities:
Division Head scheduling & calendar support
Correspondence and awards to include writing, reviewing, editing, & routing
Prepare a variety of documents including naval correspondence, directives, status reports, trip reports, meeting minutes, briefing slides, file setup and maintenance, and reproduction/publishing techniques
Prepare statistical reports
Perform clerical functions and general office administration
Track and report command correspondence
Order and inventory consumable office supplies
Receive mail and packages
Location: Full time onsite in Moorestown, NJ.
Typical Physical Activity: Primarily desk/computer work in an office environment. May involve: repetitive motion.
US Citizenship Required: Due to the requirements of the federal contract that this position supports, U.S. citizenship is required. Citizenship will be confirmed via I-9/E-Verify at the start of employment.
Secret Security Clearance Eligibility Required: This position requires eligibility for a DoD Secret security clearance. A qualified candidate will either already possess an active or interim Secret clearance (highly preferred), OR be eligible to obtain a new Secret clearance upon hire.
Typical Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Bachelors degree in a business or other relevant discipline.
In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, a high school diploma/GED equivalent and an additional seven (7) years of professional experience may be considered.
At least five (5) years of relevant professional administrative experience.
Ideal experience will have been obtained in a US DoD, DHS, or other Federal environment, and include:
Generating/processing Government correspondence.
Using the Defense Travel System (DTS) and travel expense reports.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Strong proficiency with common productivity software, including the Microsoft Office suite.
