ManTech is looking for a highly motivated and qualified
CyberSecurity Engineer II,
in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will perform as and manage the full spectrum of systems engineering tasks to include requirements analysis, feature, system and interface design, system integration, system testing, as well as working with the modeling team in support of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and all associated documentation.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
:
Assisting in ensuring the cybersecurity for the project's information systems.
Ensuring effective controls, countermeasures, processes are in place and optimized to maintain a strong organizational and system security posture.
Implementing updates, patches, and routine maintenance of project systems.
Performing research and analysis on COTS cybersecurity solutions to determine the efficacy both as a security tool as well as a data source.
Supervising and mentoring subordinate staff, while taking direction from more senior staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline.
DoD 8570.01-m IAT Level-II Certification within 6 months of commencing work on the Task Order.
4 years of position-specific relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant industry standard certifications such as Cloud platform certifications (AWS, Azure); Security certification (Security+, CASP, CISSP); Tool certifications (Tenable Security Center Specialist, Tanium Certified Administrator, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator)
Clearance Requirements:
Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.
Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer.
