Aircraft Composite Mechanic

Aerotek is seeking licensed Aircraft Composite Mechanic in Everett, WA. Composite production experience not relevant, must have aircraft composite repair experience to be considered: Pay range $40-50/hour DOE. Hiring ASAP.
Supporting heavy maintenance and modification of 737 aircraft. Composite Mechanic will remove and reinstall structure as required to access repair areas, repair carbon fiber and fiberglass on fairings, flaps, slats, flight controls, etc.
Taper-sand various materials for damage removal in areas that are often challenging to access
Read repair manuals and drawings not only to perform the repairs, but also to the extent necessary to determine types of material required for each individual repair as well as number and orientation of repair plies
Apply heat blankets with proper thermocouple placement and proper bagging schedule
Operate a Heatcon hot-bond console.

4+ years of recent aircraft composite repair
Must have experience repairing carbon fiber and fiberglass structures on aircraft - taper sanding, core plugs, thermocouple placement, actual composite repair, not production
Must be able to diagnose and perform composite structures repairs
Must be able to read repair manuals and determine materials and tools required for repairs
