Problem solving including root cause analysis and corrective actionWork across different non-technical and technical functional groupsProvide training and support during implementation of systemsDemonstrates commitment to focus on customer serviceDemonstrated ability to work in a global, multi-site, cross functional organizationAbility to plan, prioritize and drive issues, tasks and deliverables from concept to closureWhat You'll Need

Experience in a variety of technologies including C++ and .Net environmentsDatabase knowledge focusing on MS SQL Server, 2+ years of experience preferredKnowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies and industry best practicesBroad understanding of and experience with project management routines and disciplinesKnowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Windows Server, Server roles - DNS, DHCP, MS Exchange, Active Directory, Office 2010-Current, Skype for BusinessExcellent written and verbal communication skillsContribute to building teamwork through open and honest communicationsAccurate, accountable, dependable and detail orientedData analytics and data warehousing knowledgeKnowledge of Networking protocols-TCP / IP, VPNs, Access Control lists, Routing, bridging, etc.Networking protocols - TCP / IP, VPNs, Access Control lists, Routing, bridging, etcWireless Networking knowledgeAbility to travel as requiredYour Education

Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, Mathematics or another related field required.
