The Enterprise Client Data Product Lead is a leadership position in the Data Product and Program Management organization within Citi’s Chief Data Office (CDO). CDO is responsible for an enterprise-wide effort to transform and strengthen the firm’s data, modernize data infrastructure while simplifying the data operating model and executing the strategic and regulatory priorities for the firm.With client data spread across numerous Lines of Businesses and geographies across the globe, the Enterprise Client Data Product Lead role provides an exciting opportunity to establish a product-centric approach to client identifier data and unleash the power of customer 360 degree for Citi and its customers. You will interface with every LOB and function to define and prioritize the strategic business roadmap for a single client view, and drive implementation and adoption across the firm.We are looking for a seasoned, self-driven Data Product Manager with strong technical knowledge, data analysis and strategic thinking skills who can engage with and influence across all levels in Business and Tech to drive large-scale transformation initiatives. Key ResponsibilitiesDefine Enterprise single client identifier strategy, roadmap and business case working in partnership with all LOBs and FunctionsIdentify Business and Consent Order applications of single client view, including data driven KYCLeverage understanding of latest technology including AI/Gen AI to identify applicable business opportunities.Participate in overall solution design and architecture, define end to end coverage and strategic data useImplementation of Enterprise Client Data programs, securing stakeholder buy-inAnalyze performance measured through KPIs and inform solutions to improve customer experience moving forward.Maintain the Product Roadmap with transparent prioritization criteria, make appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to-market.Clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities and desired outcomesDevelop executive presentations and roadshow with stakeholders early and often.Support across multiple time-zones and geographies, as required.Gain buy-in from peers and stakeholders with different needs and expectations. Builds strong Client Relationships / Business Partnerships.Partner across business areas, build trust, and facilitate working together across silos, drive reusability.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. Interface with Legal, Compliance and Risk to protect both our business and our customers’ interests.Skill requirementsExtensive experience in technology and data – comfortable working with technology teams to drive forward thinking data and technology architecture.Strong Communicator – exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree and minimum 10 years of experience in Data and/or Technology.
