The Senior Lead Treasury Analyst will support the Liquidity Manager and Liquidity team in Corporate Treasury to execute the liquidity stress testing, risk identification, liquidity metrics monitoring, and reporting activities.Responsibilities:Conduct analysis for monthly internal liquidity stress testing (ILST) and perform independent control checks to ensure the accuracy of resultsDevelop and maintain analytical framework and periodic updates to the key ILST assumptionsDrive stress testing enhancements and prepare materials for the ILST Change Management governance frameworkPrepare liquidity dashboard and other metrics for governance committees and stakeholdersAssist with the quarterly risk identification process with the line of business partnersCoordinate with business partners to gather data for ILST and identify optimal tools to source data and perform ILST calculationsCollaborate with Corporate Treasury and FP&A teams to analyze and report on forecasted liquidity position and metricsCollaborate with Corporate Treasury Oversight (CTO, second line of defense) and the Risk Review Group (third line of defense) to maintain proper oversight and governance of liquidity-related risks.Maintain solid documentation and effective control environment to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and regulatory standardsAssist with regulatory exams related to liquidityEducational Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent work experience required; Master's degree (MBA, MS in Finance, Statistics or a quantitative discipline) preferredExperience:4+ years of liquidity experience at a bank, regulated financial institution or consulting experienceRequired Skills:Demonstrates strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills including experience with advanced Excel modelingPossesses knowledge of industry best practices and liquidity-related regulationsDisplays strong verbal and presentation skillsExhibits team-orientation and a curiosity to learnDemonstrates aptitude and interest in programming and other advanced analytical skills (e.g., Python, R, Stata, VBA etc.) to analyze data and automate processesCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITSThis position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $105,000 to $120,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience.
