The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership in the areas of development, alumni relations, and advancement operations. This role is pivotal in supporting the institution's goals by enhancing and managing philanthropic resources, expanding engagement with diverse constituencies, and increasing private support. The Vice Chancellor will work closely with the Chancellor to advance the university's mission, foster positive relationships with internal and external partners, and inspire a culture of giving at all levels. Candidates for the Vice Chancellor position should have a proven track record of leadership in senior administrative roles, particularly in the development and execution of comprehensive campaigns. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in fundraising, experience with major donors, and the ability to lead a team of advancement professionals. As a member of the Chancellor's cabinet, the Vice Chancellor will play a key role in the strategic direction of the institution and must be adept at fostering productive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including alumni, corporate partners, and foundations.
