Wood Health Company, a subsidiary of Wood County Hospital, is seeking applications for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at Falcon Health Center. The Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant will perform duties in accordance with customary rules of ethics and conduct of the applicable State Board. Falcon Health center sees family medicine, student health, urgent care, and women’s health patients. NP/PA will also assist in rotate through occupational medicine clinic as needed. Candidate must be licensed in the state of Ohio and hold a current and valid certificate to prescribe.

Hours: Per Diem - varies
Shift: 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum Education:
Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
Minimum Certification:
Ohio BWC Certified
Nurse Practitioner certification required. Current BLS certification and DEA license required.
OR
Physician Assistant certification required. Current BLS certification and DEA license required.
Minimum Experience:
1 year experience required.
