Job Summary Efficiently and effectively manage M/I Homes of Central Ohio’s site development activities to deliver finished lots on time and within budget.

Effectively coordinate scheduling and manage contractors to complete such site development activities.

Support the acquisition, planning and engineering of new ground for development. Duties and Responsibilities Manage land development field operations and act as a liaison between the field and corporate offices. Responsible for successful execution and completion of Divisions annual development goals. Deliver finished lots on time and within budget. Generate land development schedules. Manage and meet on a regular basis with all active consultants (e.g., traffic, utility, noise, biology, paleontology, archeology, etc.). Interface with and manage issues relating to city/county Planning, Public works, Engineering and Building departments; insure adherence to all Conditions of Approval. Review and approve land development change orders. Manage and meet on a regular basis with all active civil and geotechnical engineers. Assist with special projects as requested and perform additional duties as required. Requirements Minimum Qualifications (Required and/or Preferred) At least 5 years’ experience in land development or equivalent experience. Additional Skills and Abilities Experience in successful project management; a planner, organizer, and implementer. Analytic, decisive and a problem solver. Detail oriented. Fiscally oriented. Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office. Work Conditions and Physical Requirements Position requires field work.
