A certain degree of creativity is required. The purpose of this request is to procure an Analyst for Field Operations Services Information Systems team. What you will be doing: Elicit, gather, and document requirements Document business as-is/to-be processes and identify problems, gaps, and project objectives Research potential system solutions that would meet business operational needs Create test plans, test cases, and execute testing Record defects and retest bug fixes What you must have: Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Word, and Excel - 7-9 Years' experience. Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written form - 7-9 Years' experience. Demonstrated experience eliciting and documenting system requirements - 7-9 Years' experience. Demonstrated experience performing as-is/to-be process/system analysis - 7-9 Years' experience. Demonstrated experience creating test plans, test cases, and executing testing - 7-9 Years' experience. Knowledge and experience with Intelligent Transportation Systems or software systems that support Transportation Agency maintenance and operations processes - 7-9 Years' experience.
