Are you ready to be part of something big?The Account Manager will work with the Business Development Managers, Service Advisors, and Fleet Technicians to ensure that our clients get the best possible outcome. The main objective is to build and maintain strong customer relationships, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities. This includes but, is not limited to, the day-to-day operations, overseeing the appointments and ensuring all deliverables are met, helping to create monthly reports, and finding ways to maximize revenue/profit. Account Managers will also answer client inquiries and concerns. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional teams to improve the entire customer experience, particularly operations (delivery team, service writers, dispatchers, mechanics, customer service.)
WE WILL DEPEND ON THIS PERSON TO
Act as the main point of contact for all fleet customersBuild and maintain strong relationships with accountsDevelop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsorsEnsure the timely and successful delivery of repair services according to customer needs and objectivesClearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders and clientsDevelop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotasForecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)Prepare reports on account statusCollaborate with sales director to identify and grow opportunities with existing accounts and potential new accountsAssist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as neededYOU SHOULD HAVE
5+ years of account management experience with a B2B emphasis3+ years of customer-facing experience in a high-tech or automotive environmentConsultative account management experience and or trainingProven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detailTrack record of success in customer satisfaction and retentionUnderstanding of fleet customer requirements (Uptime, TCO, business needs)Preferred knowledge of fleets and their procedures and requirementsStrong verbal and written communication, and presentation skillsDemonstrated experience with problem-solvingExperience working with cross-functional teamsWillingness to travel to client locations and attend industry conventions and eventsProficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI , and Word preferredExperience in SalesforceBA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant fieldExciting Benefits and Perks Await You:
