Information Technology (IT) Project Management & Application Development Manager
This position is 100% onsite, no remote work.

What We're Looking For:
We are seeking an Information Technology (IT) Manager who will have the overall responsibility for project management and/or application development, and supervising IT support staff. This position organizes, directs, controls and oversees the planning, implementation and overall operation of information systems. The IT Manager will lead all technology initiatives and ensure the effective, efficient and secure operation of organizational technology, while fostering innovation in daily functions.
Project Management Responsibilities:Manage project progress and set deadlines, address issues that may arise during the course of a project and manage the project budgetDevelops and implements UAT for projectsManaging resources for projects, such as computer equipment and employeesCoordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilitiesImplementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budgetPrepare information for timely submission of invoices and progress reports to ensure that necessary records, files, and other materials are maintained for efficient conduct of business and audit requirementsManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersPerform other relevant duties as assignedApplication Development Management Responsibilities:
Manage all the activities of the software development group; searching for and identifying technological/applications solutionsProvide guidance to team members to encourage work productivityEnsure that safety and security standards are met and appropriate procedures and processes are followed when it comes to software developmentVet products and vendors according to CSI standards and analyzes software requirementsOverseeing and coordinating the people, resources and processes required to deliver new software or upgrade existing productsReview and coordinate with the Project Management team, proposed software solutions to ensure it meets the agency's goals of minimizing redundancy.Perform other duties as assigned.EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, MIS or related field required, Masters Degree preferred; extensive technical and supervisory experience may be substituted for degree. Project Management certification preferred.Seven years experience managing and/or directing technological and support operations. Ten years experience working in the information technology industry with experience in strategic technology planning, execution and policy development.Must have seven years verifiable experience as a manager of technical and non-technical teams. Requires extensive experience in all facets of project planning, implementation, and evaluation in a team-centered work environment. Extensive experience in Windows network administration.Total Package of Benefits
