Hybrid or In-officeWe are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and family offices. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of business development, team leadership, and technical expertise in tax planning and compliance. As the Business Management and Family Office Leader, you will be responsible for establishing, leading, and managing a dynamic team in providing comprehensive tax and consulting services to our high-net-worth clientele while establishing Eide Bailly as an industry leader in this space.Typical Day in the LifeA typical day as the Business Management and Family Office Leader might include the following:Developing and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and family offices, serving as the primary point of contact for their tax and consulting needs.Leading compliance and consulting services for clients, including technical review of complex tax returns, proactive tax planning, and strategic consulting on issues such as estate planning and business succession.Managing multiple client engagement teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.Establishing growth principles, process improvements, and institutional knowledge within the Signature Client Solutions Group.Overseeing client engagement staffing, billings/collections, and ensuring profitability targets are met.Utilizing entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally to acquire new clients, projects, and revenue.Staying up to date on industry trends, developments, and technical authorities, applying them to complex client situations.Who You AreYou have 15-20+ years of experience in Professional Services, with specific expertise in working with high-net-worth individuals and families.You have strong conflict negotiation skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.You have proven business development and revenue growth experience.You are deadline-driven and willing to be on-call at short notice.You have a proven track record in developing and growing high net worth/family business office groups.You have experience hiring, managing, and growing high-performing teams.You are willing to travel extensively (25-75% depending on client demand).You are a licensed CPA or JD/LLM with an undergraduate degree in Accounting or Law.You have extensive public accounting firm experience, with gift, estate, and trust return experience preferred.Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader to make a significant impact in serving our most valued clients and driving the growth of our Business Management and Family Office Group. $250,000-$500,000Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. Eide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying ranges.
