The Phlebotomist is responsible for collecting venous and capillary blood specimens from patients in a safe and accurate manner according to established lab policies and practices. Demonstrates H3W behaviors with a focus on exceptional patient experience and quality service and outcomes.QualificationsHigh School graduate or equivalent.Knowledge of venipuncture techniquesExcellent customer service skills with a professional attitudeGood keyboarding skills with ability to learn various laboratory application and HHC computer systemsContinuous improvement mindsetAbility to handle different patient population including difficult patients.Strong trouble shooting and problem solving skillsAbility to operate required lab equipment including pneumatic tube
