Part-Time, 30-40 hours/weekWe are looking for a Brand Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing team with key brand and business initiatives, working cross-functionally to execute on big ideas. You will be responsible for coordinating initiatives in order to achieve our goals for brand and product. You will have prior experience working in brand marketing, and be able to ideate and support the team with new product launches, brand + partnership campaigns, events, and creative content. This position reports directly to the Brand Marketing Manager and will work with our remote team.Responsibilities and DutiesCampaign planning: Work closely with manager to execute on marketing message map + brand campaigns across all marketing channelsBrand partnerships: Assist with end-to-end execution of brand partnerships, including ideation, communication, logistics, and recap reportingEvents: Assist with event planning and day-of execution for large scale influencer events, conceptualize and execute quarterly community events and customer engagement moments, and support with in-store initiatives at retail partners to ensure all brand touchpoints are consistent and engagingPR: Work with external PR agency to craft pitches and coordinate deskside meetings, assist with launch campaign deliveries and evergreen gifting initiativesGiveback: Manage comms and planning for Crown Affairs mentorship program, SeedlingCross-functional collaboration: Brief creative & copy needs to necessary stakeholders and oversee from start to finish to support brand + product campaigns in line with current growth, marketing, and influencer strategiesReporting: Compile and present monthly reports including KPI tracking, wins, and opportunities for improvementWho you areYou have a passion for bringing Crown Affair magic to life across various channels in new, imaginative, and clever waysYou excel when meeting new people and love building meaningful relationshipsYou have an all hands on deck mentality and no task is too big or too small. You are prepared to work in a hands-on capacity to produce meaningful marketing moments, sometimes on evenings and weekendsYou are very detail-oriented and well-organized, embracing processes in addition to creative innovationYou are inquisitive, engaged, and keep up to date on the latest and greatest in culture and marketing (including arts, artists, design, spaces, venues, restaurants, vendors, etc) across the US and CanadaYou are a clear communicator who can share your inspiration and findings effectively to team members across the company and both provide and receive feedback effectivelyYou are a self-starter and creative thinker with a passion for problem-solving.
