We also provide 5S solutions, such as tool shadow boards, to improve efficiency in lean manufacturing environments. The Contribution You'll bring to this Role:
We are looking for a proven
Business Development Manager
who can help us achieve our goal of driving exponential growth over the next 5 years. As a part of the Facility Safety division, you will contribute to our success by specifying and implementing effective sales and business development initiatives in line with the global strategy. You will be responsible for leading sales efforts in your markets by growing with targeted key end users, and by aligning channel and manufacturing partners' efforts to our activities.
In this role, you will report directly to the VP of Sales, setting the stage for your career to soar! This role is your gateway to opportunities for advancement, with the potential to grow within the organization in 3-5 years as you make meaningful contributions to our organizational goals.

As a member of our Sales team, you'll have the opportunity to work with leading distributors and top brands in the industry, driving sales efforts that make a real impact. Our sales team is dedicated to building and maintaining strong relationships, ensuring that we deliver the best possible outcomes for our partners and customers. What You'll Do at Justrite:
Drive profitable growth in the US and Canada (North America) markets and exceed assigned sales targets.
Drive end-user specification at large end-users in our targeted verticals
Create, plan and implement a strategy in alignment with global sales strategy that ensures short-, medium- and long-term success.
Educate Independent Manufacturing Sales Teams and distributor partners on how to sell Matting (Justrite Portfolio) products.
Conduct joint ride along to end-users with manufacturing sales reps, account managers and regional sales managers to educate them on our products and to help them improve their end-user engagements.
Partner with Inside Sales to gain entry to new accounts, but to also service long tail customers
Drive new product introductions into your assigned region by leveraging Independent Manufacturing Sales Teams and focused channel partners.
Identify and partner with specialized or regional channel partners in your region to assist with reaching new areas in the market.
Drive growth of New Products into US and Canadian (North America) markets
Identify key end-users in targeted verticals and establish meetings for Marketing to conduct Voice of Customer interviews for future product development.
Provide competitive feedback on products, channel, pricing to assist with business strategies.
Your Skills and Expertise:
To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum:
Bachelor's degree in a business-related curriculum and/or 5 years relevant sales experience
Strong experience driving end-user specification.
Experience with leveraging distributors or field sales teams to gain access to targeted end-users in focused segments.
A willingness to travel 60% of the time.

Must maintain high level of integrity with representation of Justrite Safety
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of sales enablement tools and techniques, including Salesforce.
Excellent ability to identify and gain entry to targeted large end-users in focused verticals and manage short, middle and long-term sales objectives.
Excellent end-user management skills and sales processes.
Experience leveraging channel partners in the safety, industrial, or entertainment markets.
Experience driving end-user specification in the following segments manufacturing, distribution, electrical and food & beverage environments.
Experience selling Ergonomic solutions in industrial and institutional environments.
Compensation:
The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $125,000 to $145,000.
Actual base salaries will vary and may be above or below the recommended pay range based on factors such as but not limited to location, relevant experience and performance. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan to enhance their overall total compensation package when Justrite Safety Group and their business units achieve annual business and financial targets.
