Investment Banking Analyst - Distribution
Solomon Partners is seeking a talented and motivated Analyst to join our Distribution team, focusing on M&A advisory.
This position will provide the opportunity to work closely with senior bankers on high-profile transactions and will afford you a high level of autonomy, massive growth trajectory, and close mentorship opportunities across the firm.
The Full Time Analyst program will begin in July 2025.

Key Responsibilities:
Conducting quantitative, economic, industry, and company-specific research and analysisSupporting all financial modeling, valuation, comparable and relative value analyses, and market-specific analysisAssisting in drafting client pitch and marketing materials for M&A transactionsSupporting the modeling of a broad range of corporate finance alternatives and conducting due diligence for transactions, including M&A, strategic alternatives, capital structure development, and acquisition financingAssisting in the research, facilitation and coordination of sector specific idea generationCollaborating with internal and external teams to support the development and cultivation of client and company relationshipsRequirements:
Bachelor's degreeExperience with M&A advisory transactionsSuperior Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint and ExcelKnowledge of corporate finance, securities, financial markets, and risk & pricing analysisExcellent written and oral communication skillsAptitude to synthesize large amounts of informationAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyMaturity and good judgment in handling confidential and sensitive informationAbility to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlinesCreativity, intellectual curiosity, and ability to effectively convey ideasAbility to work independently as well as in a team environmentBenefits:
