Role Summary:

The Infrastructure Director will oversee several critical functions within the IT organization, including DevOps (DevSecOps), Change Management and Governance, Operations, Scheduling & Automation, and Process Augmentation and Automation. This role is instrumental in ensuring that IT operations are streamlined, transparent, and agile, supporting both immediate business needs and long-term strategic goals. As a director, they will demonstrate a leadership mindset, solid operational experience, and the ability to problem-solve. Additionally, they should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be knowledgeable about the latest industry trends, and be highly innovative.

Responsibilities:Effectively mentor, grow and build a highly productive team of cloud infrastructure Dev Ops engineers, Scheduling & Automation, ITSM technical team (ServiceNow) and Integration engineerCollaborate with other IT leaders to develop and execute long-term strategic technology plans and roadmapsEstablish and maintain policies, procedures, and documentation to support IT operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standardsEnsure product/software patches and upgrades are applied on a regular basis and upgrade administrative tools and utilitiesConfigure/add new services as necessaryAssigns and monitors work of technical personnelEvaluate and establish project priorities, develop goals and objectives, and maintain compliance with relevant rules and regulationsEnsure business continuity for day-to-day operationsWill hire, coach, and conduct annual performance evaluationsUpdate management in case of critical incidents and act as a point of contact for other related communicationsRequired Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field10+ years of experience as a Software engineer5+ years as a people managerAbility to keep IT Leadership informed of system and operational data center/cloud issuesExperience working with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, Asset Management and Application Portfolio ManagementKnowledge of ITSM processes, procedures, infrastructure change and release managementPossesses technical understanding of the intersection of development and operations (DevOps), monitoring and management tools, and deployment processes and toolsExperience with Atlassian tools Jira and ConfluenceExcellent communication skills; can communicate ideas effectively (written and oral)Able to quickly identify and drive to the optimal solution when presented with a series of constraintsSelf-motivation with excellent time management and organizational skillsPreferred Qualifications:

Experience working with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, Asset Management and Application Portfolio ManagementExperience working in a private and public cloudExperience collaborating with teams across operations, incident and problem management, application developmentExperience operating in a DevSecOps environmentProven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environmentAbility to work across organizational boundaries, to help lead and influence changeAbility to command the process across all levels to ensure customer focus; including being assertive and self-startingDemonstrated leadership experience in influence and garnering alignment from external organizationsAbility to align change and release management strategies with concurrent projects and organizational strategiesSkilled in conceptualizing creative solutions, documenting them, and presenting/selling them to senior managementWhat we offer you:

The salary range below describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this role.The role is also eligible for an annual bonus, whereby total compensation may exceed this range depending on individual and / or company performance.
