Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.As a Condition Monitoring Program Specialist in Caterpillar's Construction Industries Services Division (CI, you will Manages the planning, organization and implementation of Condition Monitoring services operations for the Fleet Monitoring Center.What You Will Do: Executing Condition Monitoring program processes and procedures that include:Deployment activities required to onboard customers and enroll machines into CatForesightManaging invoicing procedures with Business Resources and Customer accountingteamsBuilding PowerBI reports with analytics to improve monitoring processesManaging VisionLink subscriptions within Dealer Service PortalManaging customer agreements complianceWhat You Have :Planning: Tactical, Strategic: Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.Flexibility and Adaptability: Knowledge of successful approaches and techniques for dealing with change; ability to adapt to a changing environment and be comfortable with change.Influencing: Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization.Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.Project Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.Requirements Analysis: Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software developmentproject.Top Candidates Will Also Have:Working knowledge of Product Link™, VisionLink, VIMS, inspection processes, equipment lifecycle planning, S•O•S Services, and the Service Information System (SIS)Prior experience with Cat Foresight Condition Monitoring suiteAdditional Details Work Location: Peoria, ILCaterpillar operates in a hybrid work environment, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week of onsite, in office workTravel: Up to 25%Relocation assistance IS availableSponsorship is NOT offeredHow We Support You (Employee Benefits)Our goal at Caterpillar is for you to have a rewarding career.
