Job Title: Financial Services ManagerLocation: Atlanta GA (Hybrid)Duration: 12 MonthsShift: EST 9-5 hours. Required Office Days Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Monday and Friday AOC attendance may be necessary at times due to work needed.
Summary:This role will be a flexible resource across FSOP Customer and Portfolio teams focusing on the highest priorities as determined by business needs. This role will provide business partnership and analytics leadership of processes, projects, and ad hoc commercial financial analysis. This role will partner directly with one or more Finance Directors to deliver results for the Company, to ensure we meet our commitments to our customers, and to provide commercial analytical expertise to the business. Priorities will adjust to the needs identified by customer and commercial finance Directors. As such, the role requires the ability to lead, influence and direct the work activities of finance and cross-functional partners including NAOU FSOP team members and Platform Services partners. The role will require flexibility to shift priorities from commercial and forward-looking analysis to tactical execution of our customer reimbursements and agreements, and analysis of actuals vs. BP and RE. Effective problem solving and collaboration across networked teams will be critical.This role will report to FSOP Sr. Director of Finance for Customer Value & Growth but will support one or more FSOP Sr. Directors of Finance for Customers or HQ.
Work Focus:Serves as a strategic partner to one or more FSOP Finance DirectorsNetworked leader across Platform Services, Client on identifying, resolving, and stewarding trends or issues to Finance Director and Platform Services extended team.Collaboration with PS/OU networked team to initiate and document process improvements and role sort alignment between PS/OU TeamsLeads various ongoing daily, weekly, or monthly activities related to performance of the business and P&L Levers to potentially include volume, revenue, expenses, product mix.Supports FSOP Director and cross functional team during business-critical processes (BP, RE, Accruals, and ad hoc requests)Provides ad hoc analysis and research for networked team.
Communication FocusEffective internal and potentially external communication to identify, resolve, and cultivate confidence in delivering business results and execution of commitments and priorities.Communication of best practices and learnings across team members
