Job Overview:
Invictus is seeking IT Asset Manager to oversee and manage all company property. This role will be responsible for tracking all Invictus property, GFP and GFE, ensuring the efficient management and maintenance of these assets across geographically diverse locations.Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for all Invictus property at both the Alexandria and Colorado Springs offices
Track and account for all GFP and GFE equipment, ensuring compliance with relevant government regulations
Use asset management databases to document, track, and update all equipment information
Coordinate the movement and tracking of assets between the two offices, including necessary documentation and approvals
Conduct periodic physical audits and reconciliations of inventory
Ensure compliance with internal policies and government regulations related to asset management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred, with previous work experience in asset management or logistics for a multi-site organization
Knowledge of GFP and GFE tracking and compliance requirements
Proficient in the use of inventory and asset management databases
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Excellent communication skills for cross-team coordination
Experience with government contract compliance and reporting preferred
The ability to travel as required, to the Invictus Colorado Springs, CO location
Must be a United States citizen
