is growing, and we'd love to have you join our team! We are currently seeking a Federal Project Marketing Coordinator in our Rock Island, IL office. Other office locations are Fairfax, VA and Denver Metro area. As a
Federal Project Marketing Coordinator
you will be responsible for providing general project marketing/business development support with a focus on Federal pursuits and federal agency submissions - working within IMEG brand and design standards and corporate processes.Some key duties and responsibilities include:Coordinates & collaborates with teams on SF-330 qualification-based collateral, proposal production, and project pursuits support ensuring brand standards and successful submission.
Creates customized marketing materials for project leads and general client meetings.
Participates in pre-proposal kick-offs, strategy meetings, and agency debriefs as needed.
Oversees editing and quality control measures for all assigned proposals and qualification packages.
Remains knowledgeable about Federal project type expertise and current contracts to aid in business development.
Maintains up-to-date project experience data and materials for Federal projects - including Past Performance Questionnaires (PPQ's) and Contractor Performance Assessment Reports (CPARs).
Collaborates on the ongoing maintenance and development of IMEG's Central Qualifications Library and project experience database.
Remains cross-trained on IMEG services and markets to ensure ability to assist other project marketing team members and meet team support demands.
Assists in maintaining up-to-date opportunity pipeline data in Salesforce.
Coordinates and creates interview and presentation collateral for project pursuits and direct client meetings.
Develops relationships with peers at teaming partners in order to maximize communication and client service.
Assist with additional marketing related projects as needed.
Key skills and abilities needed for the position are:Strong coordination skills with the ability to facilitate positive collaboration
Highly organized, with good time management skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Design layout & presentation development skills
SF-330 federal proposal coordination skills
Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Salesforce or CRM experience a plus
Positive, collaborative attitude, with the ability to work well with supervisor, subordinates, co-workers, principals, consultants and other outside contacts
This position is not eligible for SponsorshipEducation and experience requirements are:Minimum bachelor degree in communications or marketing
3-5+ years of related experiencein AEC proposal production
SF-330 federal proposal experience required
