The TeamYou will report to our IT Manager and support our distributed Trimark Community across the US. You will collaborate closely across the organization with our technology, operations, and executive teams.
The EnvironmentThis role is Office-Based in our Folsom, CA Corporate Headquarters. You will work in a controlled office environment. You may be required to sit for extended periods of time using a keyboard and monitor display, travel to other locations, lift up to 20lbs, and push/pull up to 50lbs.

Your Key Contributions
Support team members and corporate facilities with the installation, configuration, repair, and ongoing usability of computers, telephones, peripheral equipment and software within established standards and guidelines
Work alongside Help Desk and Network Support staff to determine and resolve problems received from internal team members
Coordinate and control end user computer and related systems access and use
Ensure computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including associated validation systems, file servers, email servers, computer conferencing systems, application servers, and administrative systems
Maintain and support robust IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and maintain seamless operations
Work with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with computing equipment and software
Collaborate with human resources team for successful onboarding/offboarding of team members
Maintain accurate records of system inventory and parts
Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems by implementing best practices, cybersecurity measures, and disaster recovery plans
Proactively identify areas for system improvement, efficiency enhancement, and cost optimization
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending innovative solutions that drive continuous improvement
Traits for Success
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or substitute with experience
Experience with Windows Active Directory
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office product suite
Proficiency in managing complex IT systems, including hardware, software, networking, and cloud technologies
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices to ensure data protection and system integrity
Excellent problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail
Displays willingness to make sound, timely decisions, including appropriate stakeholders in the decision-making process
BONUS: Project management experience and familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus
BONUS: Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CCNA, CISSP, or equivalent
