EVM Project Scheduler
The Opportunity:The Booz Allen Hamilton Earned Value Management (EVM) Office is seeking an experienced, driven, and disciplined EVM Project Scheduler to lead EVM Operations from the project planning and scheduling perspective and manage program schedule inputs within the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). This opportunity collaborates directly with the Project Cost Analyst and interfaces with multiple project management personnel to facilitate effective and efficient EIA-748 caliber EVM Cost and Schedule Data Integration, Validation, and Analytics.Routine operations include supporting program startup and planning activities, facilitating schedule inputs into Microsoft Project, ensuring horizontal and vertical integration, resolving network logic and critical path conflicts, generating milestone charts and presentations, performing schedule risk assessment (SRAs), facilitating monthly EVM Business Rhythm activities, collecting status and forecast start and finish updates, implementing internal data quality and validation measures, executing 14-point and EV Compliance Metrics checks, conducting schedule variance analysis, and instilling appropriate change management and control.Growth opportunities to facilitate on-program EVM training and coaching and acquiring role-related certifications such as the PMP and EVP exist to enhance career development.Join us. The world can't wait.You Have:7+ years of experience in a professional program planning and scheduling role
5+ years of experience on a program with EIA-748 Earned Value Management System (EVMS) requirements, IMS, and CPR, IPMR, and IP deliverables
Experience with scheduling software, including Microsoft Project
Experience with Critical Path Analysis and Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs)
Experience with 14-point and EV Compliance Metrics
Experience with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to pay strict attention to detail and commitment for delivering high-quality results
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Nice If You Have:Experience with Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs)
Experience with the Agile methodology
Experience with Atlassian tools, including JIRA and Confluence
Experience with EVMS Compliance Reviews for validation and implementation
Experience with EVMS Joint and System Surveillance Reviews
Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplemental (DFARS)
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders
PMP or EVM Certification

The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD).
