Job Summary:

Bear Robotics creates solutions for the future of automated hospitality and is a leading industry manufacturer of AI-driven autonomous robots. We are seeking a Sr. Creative Product Marketer who can blend strategic thinking, creative execution, and strong collaboration skills to drive the success of our products in the market.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

Develop marketing strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with product launch schedules and business goals.Content creation: Produce engaging content for various channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, and print materials.Market research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends. Use this data to inform marketing strategies and product positioning.Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.Brand development: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a strong brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications.Customer engagement: Engage with customers and gather feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve product offerings.Support channel efforts and ensure partners have the necessary information and support for marketing our products effectively.Performs other related duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Establish clear goals and measures for success for the team. Regularly check progress and give helpful feedback to team members.Work closely with other departments like product development, sales, and customer support to make sure everyone is on the same page with marketing plans.Keep in touch with important people like senior management, sales teams, partners, and customers. Listen to their feedback, address any issues, and make sure everyone agrees on what's important for marketing.

Required Skills/Abilities/Qualifications:

Ability to use key metrics and research for decision-making.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience in market research and data analysis.Proficiency in marketing automation tools.Strong project management skills.Ability to collaborate with engineering and product teams.Skilled in creating marketing collateral for technical products.Ability to gather and synthesize feedback for marketing strategies.

Preferred Skills/Abilities/Qualifications:

Hardware product launch marketing experiencePrevious experience in the robotics industry or a related field

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.10+ years of experience in digital content creation or strategy.

The pay range for this position is $160K-$185K. Pay is dependent on the applicant's relevant experience.
