Choose Three Rivers and start your life-changing journey today.SUMMARY : To provide supervisory coverage of the Nursing Department and other patient care areas and the hospital.. The House Supervisor duties include provision of managerial and clinical links between the unit manager and department directors in their absence, and the administrator-on-call. Additionally, this position will include knowledge of Utilization Review rules and regulations as they assist physicians and staff in assigning admission status. $20,000 SIGN ON BONUS!Schedule is 7pm - 7:30am to include every other weekend.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:* Maintains a system of communication and reporting between all staff on all shifts, as well as with other departments involved in the ongoing operation of the facility.* Effectively intervenes with complaints from patients, families, and referral sources.* Assess patient care requirements on each unit, by making rounds in NARC and all other areas of the hospital (according to departmental need/activity).* Develop and implement staffing plan for shift based on patient acuity, patient census and available staff.

Job Requirements:Graduate of an accredited school of college of nursing.
