Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive DogFooding Plan strategies aligned with product definition and project schedule.Recruit and manage a diverse population of Dogfooders, ensuring a representative user base.Manage DF logistics providing information for distribution of prototypes.Facilitate effective communication and engagement with Dogfooders through multiple channels (e.g., email, Teams, internal tools).Conduct regular meetings and surveys to collect feedback on user experience, performance, and feature preferences.Analyze user feedback data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product management, engineering, design) to share insights and drive product enhancements.Track and manage key metrics to measure the success of the Dogfooding programs using Fu Pan and Lesson Learn process.Provide training for other team members and foster process improvements.Evaluate Dogfooding results to assess potential product risks and issues highlighting key change requests (CRs) in change control board (CCB) meetings and also providing Risk Assessment on Readiness review process.Identify critical bugs, usability problems, and performance bottlenecks.Prioritize and communicate risks to relevant stakeholders.Collaborate with development teams to address identified issues and improve product quality.Required Qualifications:Work onsite in the Chicago office in a hybrid model, 2-3 days a week5+ years of experience in a relevant roleAbility to communicate in English both written and verbalWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
