You’ll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and collaborative teammates. You'll be pivotal in upholding and enhancing our manufacturing excellence by ensuring the highest quality standards within the manufacturing process. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Production, Engineering, Supply Chain), leading continuous improvement initiatives and much more.We’ll look to you for:Support PME to ensure non-compliance risks analysis using Process FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).Lead implementation of Quality Control Plans using REX (Return of Experience) of previous project execution & associated relevant IQ staffing.Lead control & process digitalization.Improve Quality level per main processes:Perform analysis & manage actions to improve the outgoing product quality.Escalade the main anomalies detected on the production lines & ensure their effective treatment (Problem Solving tools).Support of manufacturing for quality topics:Stop the production in case of a defect which justifies mandatory rework.Support manufacturing teams to develop self-inspection.Lead quality animation methodology deployment, in line with Continuous Improvement system.Manage & develop the industrial quality team, using Q-School process & yearly training / qualification plan.Manage APSYS (Alstom Production System) improvement plan for Industrial Quality scope.

Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:Bachelor’s degree in electrical, engineering, mechanical engineering, operations management, or related field.
