We invite you to join the small business team where you can build, innovate, and secure your career.Sentar is seeking a Java Programmer/Tester in Pensacola, FL.Role Description:Develop application softwarePerform unit and functional testingDesign and implement data model objectsAnalyze root causes for abnormal system operationParticipate in Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with team members to best fulfill client requirementsPerform evaluations and analysis of data to determine feasible solutions, and implement solution(s)Define and resolve problems including developing processes and procedures for resolving like problems throughout the enterprise and analyze methods of approachProvide detailed documentation and feedback for problem resolutionReview, analyze, route, and resolve system help requestsExamine existing information system schematics and related supporting software documentationIdentify alternative software solutionsParticipate in reviews to determine the completeness and consistency of software requirementsAnalyze and develop documentation supporting MPTE TSS program and projects aligned with each functional area as neededAnalyze and evaluate Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) products to assess the feasibility and usability of the product to best support operations related to the projectDevelop and document a gap analysis, detailing the functional capabilities satisfied by the COTS, and identifying strengths and weaknessesCollect data on software engineering performance during the appropriate phases of developmentUtilize current SQL-based products and tools for extraction and reporting of information to support business requirements analysis and development. Products may include TOAD, PL/SQL Developer, Oracle Business Intelligence, or SAP Business Objects reports engineConduct Legacy and NMCI system evaluations of production installations to assure HW/SW compatibility and maximum effective performanceAnalyze, develop, modify, maintain, and debug web services and web service clients for partner requirementsAnalyze and troubleshoot Linux server systems and log filesQualifications:Clearance Level:

2 Years of experience in expertise in software development, systems management, business processes, system/network/software/hardware integration, and cloud infrastructureCertifications:
