We have an exciting opportunity to join us in supporting one of our valued customers as a Project Administrator 4 to work out of Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado. PAY: $120,000 - $128,000 JOB SUMMARY: USfalcon seeks a Project Administrator to support the implementation of the 392d Combat Training Squadron's (392 CTS) M&S strategy and roadmap. This strategy integrates current and future space modeling and simulation (M&S) capabilities into USSF exercises. The Project Administrator position supports the 3IS III M&S Integration team in planning, executing, and overseeing Battlelab projects and requires a mix of project management and administrative skills to ensure the smooth integration and execution of space M&S capabilities into the 392 CTS operations. This position is at Schriever Space Force Base, CO, and requires on-site support. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Prepare, manage, and maintain the 392 CTS Battlelab project-related documentation (e.g., resource allocation, status reports, policies and procedures, and schedules). Coordinate with exercise planners and mission-focused event planners to prepare, submit, and track required Battlelab event-related documents, logistics, and IT requirements. Proactively identify and address potential delays in schedule, cost, or performance by identifying, monitoring, and resolving project risks and escalating critical items to contract and Government stakeholders when necessary to ensure timely completion of milestones. Identify and recommend solutions to gaps and shortfalls in Battlelab-associated M&S tools. Plan, organize, attend, and document outcomes of M&S Integration team-supported meetings, conferences, working groups, seminars, and other M&S Integration events. Provide Battlelab subject matter expert (SME) support during 392 CTS M&S-related meetings. Participate in USSF exercise planning, execution, and assessment events. Carry out tasks as directed by contract leadership required to ensure 392 CTS mission success. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 10+ years working in or for DoD organizations. Experience applying project management processes to create and manage project plans, resulting in timely delivery of project milestones across interrelated efforts. Experience planning and overseeing technical events, such as exercise planning conferences, technical working groups, or other multi-stakeholder professional events. Experience gathering and analyzing technical data to assist with resource allocation. This position requires limited travel (3-4 weeks/year). PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS: PMP certification or a Certificate of Project Management from an accredited institution. Experience managing projects from initial design to completion. Experience with DoD acquisition, contracting, or Programming, Planning, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes. Experience working in DoD or National space organizations. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. REQUIRED CLEARANCE: Top Secret/SCI clearance.
