Equipped with a first-of-its-kind 5G network, a passion for change and the power to drive it, well emerge as the nations fourth facilities-based wireless carrier and a disruptive force in the market at large.Job Duties and Responsibilities:At Boost Mobile, the Product Acceptance Teams (PAT) mission is to ensure that software applications meet the needs of end-users and deliver a positive customer experience. This important role involves collaborating closely with business stakeholders, understanding their needs, and conducting thorough testing to validate the functionality and usability of software applications during the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase.Key Responsibilities:In this role, you will:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather UAT requirements and create test plans.Develop and execute UAT test cases based on business requirements.Coordinate UAT activities, including test execution, defect tracking, and reporting.Communicate UAT results and issues to project teams and stakeholders.Create, review, validate, and maintain a comprehensive regression test suite.Provide feedback to the development team on product functionality and usability.
Skills, Experience and Requirements:Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience as a Business Analyst or UAT Analyst in software development projectsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsDetail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to comprehend technical/business requirements and specificationsAbility to learn new technologies and toolsStrong competency using Google Suite is desiredExperience/familiarity using tools such as Rally, Service Now, JIRA, or similar for test management and defect tracking is a plusAttention to detail and discipline while managing multiple tasks simultaneously ensuring a smooth transition from development to production
