ServiceTitan is looking for a world-class Principal Product Manager with a track record for dreaming big and driving new product features from concept to successful launch. The vision for this product focus area is centered around creating a unified and contextual Global Search module that simplifies workflows, improves navigation, and streamlines the customer experience within ServiceTitan. This impactful role requires strong and proactive leadership with the ability to independently drive large, cross-functional product initiatives.
What you'll do:Contribute to and execute strategic vision for the Global Search product experienceIndependently execute across all areas of the product life cycle (research, concept, user stories, development, go-to-market, adoption, utilization, customer impact)Proactively surface and resolve conflicts/bottlenecksBuild strong working relationships with cross-functional partners including developers, designers, UX researchers, engineers and product managers across numerous product areas to ensure alignment toEngage closely with our customers and strategic partners to understand current processes and needs to then translate them into product capabilitiesLeverage user analytics to make data-driven product decisionsRepresent ServiceTitan as a domain and product expert in customer, prospect, and strategic partner meetingsDrive success and adoption of your products by working closely with product marketing managers in creating launch plans and with enablement managers in creating training plansWhat you'll need:
7+ years in a product management role, preferably in B2B SaaSSearch product background strongly preferredA passion for optimizing workflows and reducing cognitive load for usersExcellent technical acumen, curiosity, familiarity, and aptitude with APIs, programming languages, and databasesSkilled communicator to both technical and non-technical audiences, and ability to lead cross-functional teamsDemonstrated ability to think creatively and critically, to synthesize data and draw insights, formulate scope and requirements, and validate hypotheses based on dataDemonstrated ability to successfully manage competing priorities and maintain close attention to detailSelf-motivated and goal-oriented individual with excellent organizational skillsExperience with agile development methodologies like Scrum4-year degree. ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $154,000 USD - $220,000 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
